Walking through the hill towns of southern Italy, land and house are rooted firmly together.  From local materials, tradition, and craft these houses emerge.  Garden and wall sustain and protect.  The wall house is a conceptual design for the modern countryside villa.  Self sustaining, bold, engaged with its surroundings.
